Discover our restaurant:
The “Wollkim” restaurant is a family business. The name of the restaurant was made up of our family names Wollschläger & Kim (Jörn Wollschläger and Nami Kim-Wollschläger). Nami comes from Seoul and Jörn from Suhl. It is the dream of both of us to let the guests of our house in Erfurt experience a little bit of Korean cuisine.
In Germany we wish you "Bon Appetit", we in Korea say "잘먹겠습니다 (Zal mogge sum ni da)".
The word “Zal mogge sum ni da” describes our Korean philosophy very accurately. This means something like “I receive the food with great gratitude”. Gratitude goes to the chef, the farmer, the breeders and everyone who has done their part to ensure that we can enjoy our food. The thanks go primarily to Mother Nature.
